Vent Pro NYC Terms & Conditions

By booking service with Vent Pro NYC, the customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the dryer, vent system, and exterior termination.

Vent Pro NYC performs professional dryer vent cleaning and inspection services but cannot guarantee the condition of hidden or inaccessible ductwork. Additional repairs, blockages, roof access, or structural issues may require additional charges which will be discussed before proceeding.

Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and the work area is clear before arrival. Vent Pro NYC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile materials, concealed duct defects, or issues unrelated to the vent cleaning service.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

By allowing service to begin, the customer agrees to these terms.
